My name is Diaa Hadid; I am currently pursuing a thesis on the relationship between music and political aspiration in the Arab World.

I came across your newspaper whilst searching the internet, however- and unfortunately- it does not have a search function to allow researches such as myself to find relevant materials.

For this reason, I would like to request from you, if possible- that you forward me any articles which might dwell on this relationship, however indirectly- for instance, a commentary regarding the Khalifeh saga in Lebanon, or the accusation of spying leveled at Kadhem al-Saher some years ago, etc.

My research at this stage depends on the good will of people such as yourself, as information in this field is very difficult to access, particularly from Australia.
